We are honored to manage and serve Villemont Owners Association and its members. This website was created as a communication tool to provide you with pertinent information regarding your community. We encourage you to bookmark this site and check it often so you can stay up to date with HOA information and any upcoming community events.
One of the advantages of living in an HOA is the sense of community that it provides. We encourage you to become involved by attending board meetings, community events, or by volunteering to serve on a committee. Not only is this a great way to meet your neighbors, but it will also help you gain a better understanding of the laws and regulations related to community association living.

PARKING: The streets within the Villemont Community are Private. Owners/Residents are prohibited from parking on the street, in any motor court or in any guest parking space. Guests and invitees of Owners/Residents must display current, valid guest parking passes. Please CLICK HERE to review the complete Parking Enforcement Rules/Policy.
TRASH CAN PLACEMENT/STORAGE: Per the Rules and Regulations, trash containers shall be exposed to the view of neighboring residences or streets only when set out for a reasonable period of time (not to exceed twelve (12) hours before and after scheduled trash collections hours and in no case prior to the evening prior to the scheduled trash collection day and must be removed from view no later than the evening of the scheduled trash collection day).
